1. Project Cancellation

  • Deposit Refunds: Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel your project at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will forfeit the deposit to cover scheduling and material costs.

2. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Final Inspection: Before our team leaves your property, we will conduct a final walk-through with you to ensure you are happy with the work.

    • Touch-Up Period: If you notice any application defects within 14 days of completion, contact us immediately. We will return to fix the specified areas at no extra cost.

3. Material Costs

  • Once paint and custom materials have been purchased specifically for your project, those material costs are strictly non-refundable.
